Located in the heart of downtown Whitehorse, the Kèjän + Rogers Development is a mixed-use project that will deliver 300+ much needed housing units, thoughtfully designed public spaces and commercial and retail opportunities.

This multi-phase initiative will revitalize areas of the downtown core and provide inclusive, accessible spaces for people to live, work, and connect in the Yukon’s capital city. Kèjän + Rogers is a project of West End Developments, a Yukon-based company consisting of four equal partners: Ta’an Kwäch’än Council’s Da Daghay Development Corporation, Northern Vision Development LP, Kobayashi + Zedda Architects Limited and Ketza Construction Corporation.
