Mr. Mills is a member of the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation and remains active in traditional activities including trapping and hunting. Mr. Mills is currently President of his First Nation’s Development Corporation and Director and Officer for Air North, Yukon’s Airline. 

Jennifer is a lifelong Yukoner and CEO of Pelly Construction, with more than 35 years of experience leading remote infrastructure projects across the North and Antarctica. She has founded and supported several joint ventures with First Nations and served on boards focused on safety, mining, and northern economic development.
